Founding Agency Program questions

How many agencies can join?

The program is limited to a small number of agencies so that each one gets real attention from our team. Applications are reviewed in the order they arrive.

Is there any obligation when we apply?

No. Applying starts a conversation. You only commit if you decide to sign a contract after the walkthrough and quote.

Does a founding agency get a different product?

No. Founding agencies use the same platform, with the same security controls, as every other customer. The difference is pricing, onboarding priority and a closer working relationship with the product team.

Will you publish our agency's name?

Only with your agency's written approval. Acting as a reference or case study is optional and is never a condition of the program.

Where is our data stored?

The platform is designed for deployment in an isolated U.S. government cloud. Agency data stays in the United States.
